Welcome to SasaChat, a comprehensive super app designed to unify and streamline diverse services into a single user-friendly ecosystem. By accessing or using SasaChat, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use.

These terms govern your usage of the app and all of its services, including communication, commerce, logistics, financial group management, and event ticketing.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in order to use SasaChat.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must immediately stop using the app.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of the information you provide, to respect the privacy of others by not misusing their personal information without consent, and to comply with all applicable local laws while using the app.

Creating an account requires accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

SasaChat allows users to create various community types, such as VIKOBA savings groups, wedding planning committees, and neighborhood associations, within the chat interface.

These features include custom-tailored communities, automated contributions with ledger tracking, and seamless administration with supporting documents and budgets.

Finance Communities (VIKOBA): for savings groups and rotating contribution schemes.

Store Communities: for businesses running digital storefronts.

Restaurant Communities: for food vendors managing menus and orders.

Event Communities: for organizing events and managing ticketing.

Shamba Communities: for agricultural and farming groups.

Others: for any other custom community purpose.

Each MinApp within SasaChat comes with specialized functionality to support the selected community type.

These include the Ride MinApp for bookings, the Shops MinApp for digital storefronts, the Restaurants MinApp for menus and orders, the Events MinApp for ticketing, and the Delivery MinApp for real-time tracking.

SasaChat values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. By using SasaChat, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and for all activities carried out under your account.

Certain services, such as ordering, ride booking, or community contributions, may require payment.

SasaChat is not responsible for any disputes or issues related to payments or refunds.

You may not use the app for any unlawful activities, interfere with the proper functioning of the app, access other users' data without authorization, or use automated data scraping tools.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.

SasaChat provides its services "as is" without any warranties or representations. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by the use of SasaChat.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.

SasaChat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we update these Terms, we will notify you via the app or through email.
