Every driver holds a valid licence and a LATRA operator permit, passes a background check, and completes safety orientation before their first trip.
Inspected vehicles
Vehicles must pass roadworthiness inspections at LATRA-approved centres, carry passenger insurance, and be no older than 15 years.
Live trip tracking
Every trip is GPS-tracked from pickup to drop-off. You always see your driver's name, photo, plate number, and route in the app.
Share your trip
Send a live link of your ride to family or friends so someone you trust can follow your journey in real time.
In an emergency
- 1If you are in immediate danger, call the national emergency number 112 first.
- 2Use the emergency button in the app — it alerts our safety team and shares your live location and trip details.
- 3Once you are safe, report the incident so we can act on it — our safety line is monitored 24/7.
SasaRide is licensed by LATRA — all vehicles registered, daily trip reporting, regulated fares.
